Being asked to stand up for a friend or relative is an enormous honor and one most people are thrilled to receive. However, agreeing to be an honor attendant is also a financial commitment that potential bridesmaids should consider before accepting the role.

Participating in a wedding can get very expensive.  But if the bride is conscientious she can make it much easier on the bridesmaids and groomsmen.  When you’re planning your wedding, think about your friends and relatives.  Try to make economic choices when it comes to their attire and parties they must attend.

Being a bridesmaid should be an honour, but get pregnant, put on weight or even change your hairdo and you may be sacked.

A new British survey shows that brides-to-be are becoming more picky about picking their wedding day attendants. More than one in five women planning their wedding claimed they would ask their bridesmaid to sign a pre-nuptial agreement…”

Yikes!  This is definitely going overboard on your bridesmaids.  Ladies, leave the pre-nups at home and your gals will still throw you a nice bachelorette party.
